Each week, VotesforSchools creates resources for teachers to hold a debate or discussion on a topical issue. We want our young people to be informed about and engaged in the most pressing issues of the day.
At the end of the debate, they have a chance to vote and leave a comment. We also want our young people to be heard, so we share this data with those in authority who need to know. We reach hundreds of thousands of people aged 5-18 each week on topics ranging from climate change to social media, mental health to county lines, knife crime to extremism. Their voices have gone on to impact policy and procedure.
